Christina Kish is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 30 years of success across the software, retail, entertainment, and e-commerce industries. Leveraging extensive experience launching and building start-ups from the ground up into renowned international brand businesses, she is a valuable asset for small to mid-sized consumer-based businesses working on branding related issues, marketing challenges, customer experience and usability problems, or on defining goals and strategic development direction to reach the next level. Her broad areas of expertise include content creation, marketing, corporate planning, brand management, consumer insight, social media, and start-ups.

Throughout her executive career, Ms. Kish has held leadership positions at companies including Poletential Inc., and Netflix. As Founder & CEO of Poletential, she built one of the largest aerial arts and fitness studios in the US into an internationally recognized brand for creation of art through dance and movement. She previously spent four years as Co-Founder and VP of Merchandising for Netflix, playing an integral role in the creation and launch of the popular digital entertainment content network. Here she was directly responsible for developing content and usability for the site, was instrumental in acquisition and retention of customers with user experience strategies to convert trial members into subscribers, and led efforts in promotions and increasing lifetime value for customers.Christina holds a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Christina lives in Austin, Texas with her cat, Buster Kitty, named for Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants. Christina enjoys watching and playing all sports, dancing to live music, trying new things and challenging herself with different kinds of fitness workouts!
